As the Chief Enablement Officer, Clarissa is responsible for the global rollout of Omni, Omnicom’s people-based precision marketing and insights platform. Her role is dedicated to enabling high-quality client engagements with the platform for all Omnicom agencies. She oversees various functional teams, including Platform Intelligence, Platform Technology, Platform Rollout, Audience Center of Excellence, Competitive Center of Excellence, and Learning & Development.

Previously, Clarissa was the Global Head of Marketing Science at Annalect where she operationalized and evangelized the global marketing science practice across markets and regions. She was also the vision behind business-based addressable audiences, playing a crucial role in the development of volumetric-based industry and customized client solutions for targeting, segmentation, and audience management.

In her 20+ years in media and marketing, Clarissa has held a variety of positions within the Omnicom family, including Executive Director of Marketing Science at Hearts & Science and Business Intelligence Director at OMD. Prior to these roles, she spent 10 years focused on directing advertising and media strategy at OMD, BBDO, and Prometheus; bringing consumer and analytic insights to a wide range of clients, such as Visa, FedEx, Lowes, Showtime, and Lilly.
