Chief Experience Officer

As Chief Experience Officer, Clarissa oversees our Human Resources, Learning & Development, Marketing, and Enablement operations — evangelizing Annalect awareness, culture, expertise, and offerings.

During her 20+ years in the Omnicom family, Clarissa has served at the highest level of proficiency across multiple disciplines, from media planning through enablement — including OMD’s Director of Business Intelligence, and Hearts & Science’s Executive Director of Marketing Science — culminating in unique preparedness for her present role.

She serves on the OmniWomen Global Council.

In her free time, Clarissa is a patron of the theatre — having seen hundreds of performances.
